Iraq Directly Tied to 1973 New York City Terrorist Bomb Plot

By Sean Osborne, Associate Director

Khalid Duhham AL-JAWARY
UPDATE:  27 February 2009: Last evening at just about 7 PM there was issued an AP NewsBreak regarding the release last week from the federal Supermax prison in Florence, Colorado and deportation of the Islamic terrorist (pictured left). The news item had no information on the identification of the country to which the deportation occurred.

However, the report did reveal a tidbit of info which has left many observers stunned by the backassward nature of this release and guessing at the agenda of those behind the release of this Islamic terrorist, a terrorist whose positive identification is still an unknown.

The stunning revelation which has come to light is that the FBI was investigating whether Al-Jawary helped carry out other terrorist attacks, and was hoping to charge him before his deportation.

According to the AP those charges may have been made with respect to a “murderous” 1970s letter bombing campaign and the bombing in 1974 of a TWA Boeing 707 commercial passenger aircraft which killed 88 innocent people. That bombing was of TWA Flight 841 (Tail Number N8734) during its flight from Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion International Airport to New York’s JFK International Airport. Following an hour-long stopover in Athens a bomb exploded in the cargo hold 18 minutes after being airborne and while over the Ionian Sea. The crash which followed killed all passengers and crew onboard.

If an active FBI investigation leading to additional formal charges was in progress then why on earth was this Islamic terrorist released?

3 February 2009: The Palestinian terrorist above, Khalid Duhham AL-JAWARY, is currently in a federal detention center in Manhattan serving a 30-year sentence imposed by Judge Jack B Weinstein on April 16, 1993 for his direct role (fingerprints on one of the bombs) in a planned PLO/Black September multi-VBIED plot that would have killed hundreds of innocent people during a visit by Israeli PM Golda Meir in March 1973. Three powerful bombs were placed in cars. Two were positioned on Manhattan’s 5th Avenue outside Israeli banks and the third at Kennedy International Airport’s El Al cargo terminal. That vehicle had the parts for a forth bomb within it.

The federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) currently plans to release this terrorist on February 19th “after completing only about half his term, including time served prior to his sentencing and credit for good behavior.” He will then be handed over to U.S. Immigration authorities for deportation to who knows where. Details about Al-Jawary are found in this KDKA report filed 10 days ago. Initial links to Iraq are found in this report.

Warning to U.S. Diplomats, Dignitaries

By Douglas J. Hagmann, Director

26 February 2009: A posting deemed “credible” by a participant in an Arabic language Internet message board is calling for all members of the Mujahadeen in the U.S. and worldwide, to abduct any U.S. diplomat or anyone of importance to be used as “barter” to help free Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman, 70, (aka the blind Sheikh) from prison. Accordingly, all U.S. diplomats and dignitaries are urged to immediately increase their security details and situational awareness.

Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman
Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman

Abdel-Rahman (pictured at left) a former resident of New York City, is currently serving a life sentence at the Butner Medical Center in the Federal Correctional Institution in Butner, North Carolina. On October 1, 1995,  Abdel-Rahman and nine others were convicted by a New York jury of 48 charges related to the New York City landmark bomb plot.  In 1996, he was sentenced to life in prison.

Since 2001, many such Internet postings have appeared; the overwhelming majority are disregarded due to a number of factors that fail to meet certain “credibility standards.” This particular posting, however, does pass the standards employed by Northeast Intelligence Network analysts that takes into account numerous factors, including the author, location, response and timing of the post. This communication was found by an analyst and researcher that uses the pseudonym Archangel, who is well-known and highly respected within the International intelligence community.

It is also important to note that of the postings deemed credible and passed to authorities, all but a few are actually published by the Northeast Intelligence Network in this manner. The reasons vary, but are largely to avoid potentially compromising investigations being conducted by law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

California Man with al Qaeda ties granted bail

“In our eyes, this isn’t just an immigration case. In our view, the defendant is involved with the mujahadeen himself.” –Assistant U.S. Attorney Deirdre Eliot, referring to Ahmadullah Niazi.

26 February 2009: Ahmadullah NIAZI, 34, of Tustin, California appeared in U.S. District Court Tuesday on perjury charges for allegedly lying about his ties to al Qaeda and other Islamic terrorist group on his citizenship application. NIAZI, who has not yet entered a plea, is scheduled for arraignment next month. U.S. Magistrate Arthur Nakazato set bail at $500,000,  and further ruled that NIAZI ruled that Niazi must submit to electronic monitoring and home detention, surrender his passport and other travel documents.

Hearing today for California man arrested for ties to Muslim terror groups

Orange County man is the brother-in-law of Osama bin Laden’s Security Coordinator

By Douglas J. Hagmann, Director

24 February 2009:  How did it get to our neighborhood? That was the question asked by Julie Galvan, a neighbor of Ahmadullah Sais NIAZI, who was arrested last week at his house located in a quiet suburban street in Tustin, California. Look closely; it is in many neighborhoods throughout the United States and Canada – a direct result of a determined enemy taking advantage of years of lax immigration enforcement, an active “fifth column” of Islamic fundamentalists who have been permitted to infiltrate nearly all levels of our government, acquiescence to demands of multiculturalism, and a convoluted understanding of our enemy. It will be coming to your neighborhood, if it is not already present.

Ahmadullah Sais NIAZI, (a/k/a Ahmadullah KHAN,  Ahmadullah SAIS, Ahmadullah Sais KHAN, Ahmadullah Khan SAIS) 34,of Tustin, California was arrested by federal authorities last week, charged with perjury, naturalization fraud, procuring a passport by fraud and making a false statement. The charges stem from an investigation that determined that NIAZI lied on his naturalization papers. He became a U.S. citizen about five years ago. NIAZI came to the U.S. on a tourist visa in 1998 but became a permanent resident after marrying his wife, Jamilah Romlas AMIN, who was born in Cambodia and became a U.S. citizen in 1992. Until his arrest, NIAZI lived with his wife and three young children at his Charloma Drive home in Tustin. Continue reading

Beheaded wife had “no authority” to divorce her alleged murderer

By Douglas J. Hagmann, Director

20 February 2009: If the West’s wholesale lack of understanding of fundamentalist Islam or its acquiescence to the pressures of political correctness affixed to the acceptance of Islamic culture was presented as a court case, the beheading of 37 year-old Aasiya Hassan by her husband could effectively serve as “Exhibit 1.” Last Thursday, Aasiya Hassan was murdered and then beheaded. Iran: A Nuclear Reality

Major General Vladimir Dvorkin

By Sean Osborne, Associate Director

20 February 2009: Happy fourth anniversary, almost. It has been virtually four years since my March 2005 article entitled Smoking Gun: Iran Already Nuclear Armed was published on this Northeast Intelligence Network website. One year and five months later in August 2006 Nuclear Iran was published and five months later in January 2007 Sooner Rather Than Later: Iranian Shahab-6 ICBM went online. Then in June 2008 I wrote an article entitled Terrorist Nuclear Weaponry: A Digitized Nuclear Nightmarewhich recapped the “Smoking Gun…” piece and also cited the American and IAEA inspectors discovery of digital blueprints of a Pakistani advanced nuclear warhead design on the AQ Khan nuclear proliferation network computers in various locations around the world.

Two days ago, 18 February 2009, Bill Gertz published a report on the website entitled “Specialist: Iran has already achieved nuclear weapons capability” which reported that retired Russian Major General Vladimir Dvorkin (imaged above) told the annual Herzliya Conference in Israel on February 4 that “Iran has developed the capability to produce and fire nuclear weapons.”

Who is retired Major General Vladimir Dvorkin and what qualifies him to make such a statement? “Vladimir Dvorkin is one of the authors of all major documents related to the Strategic Nuclear Forces and the Strategic Missile Forces. For many years he has been participating as an expert in preparing SALT II, the INF Treaty, START I and START II. He made a significant contribution to formulating Soviet and Russia’s position at the negotiations on strategic offensive arms control and reduction.”

Police searching for “steak knife” in Hassan murder

By Douglas J. Hagmann, Director

19 February 2009: A source exclusive to the Northeast Intelligence Network confided that police in Orchard Park, New York are searching for the weapon used to murder and behead 37 year-old Aasiya Z. Hassan, wife of Muslim TV co-founder Muzzammil “Mo” Hassan. According to this source speaking on the strict condition of anonymity, the victim “suffered more than 30 stab wounds, and was then beheaded likely with the same weapon,” which was described as “a standard-size steak knife.”

Also according to this source, Hassan reportedly told police that her decapitation would prevent her “entry into paradise.”

Doug Hagmann, director of the Northeast Intelligence Network, was a guest on the Tom Bauerle Show this morning as heard on WBEN AM 930. A PODCAST of the show can be heard compliments of Canada Fee Press at this link.

Buffalo News: Muslim influence speculated in slaying

By Douglas J. Hagmann, Director

It is unfortunate when the reporting of a story by the media actually rises to the level of importance, in a purely societal sense, as the crime being reported.-- Douglas J. Hagmann, Director, Northeast Intelligence Network

17 February 2009: Individually and collectively, investigators and researchers of the Northeast Intelligence Network have held most members of the “mainstream media” accountable for their political correctness over their lack of intellectual honesty in reporting on matters involving the tenets of Islam. “Honor killings” and mistreatment of women and wives in general under Sharia is one such topic that is routinely absent from media reports. The media, therefore, bears a certain amount of responsibility and in some cases is actually complicit in obfuscating the truth about Islam’s most fundamental teachings. The lack of accurate reporting, deliberate omissions and even purposeful misrepresentations perpetuate the public’s confusion about Islam and consequently, add to the peril faced by the West by its enemies.

Therefore, when a major media news source admits even a possible link between a belief system inherent in Islam to a hideously abhorrent criminal act, it is only fair that we acknowledge that source for reporting that nexus, no matter how tenuous the link is portrayed. Reporting such a nexus within the corporate media, even when essentially compelled to do so by the components of the story behind the report, is unfortunately rare. The fallout, however, is not.

It is unfortunate when the reporting of a story by the media actually rises to the level of importance, in a purely societal sense, as the crime being reported. I am referring to the article published in today’s edition of the Buffalo News staff by staff reporter Fred O. Williams regarding the murder of Aasiya Zubair by her husband, Muslim TV network owner Muzzammil “Mo” Hassan. The Northeast Intelligence Network reported on this horrendous story last week, portraying the murder as an “honor killing” having its roots deep within the tenets of Islamic culture and law. Obviously, we received numerous condemnations for making such an absurd association despite about 1400 years of historical evidence that suggests otherwise.

The murder of Aasiya Zubair caught the attention of Marcia Pappas, New York State president of the National Organization for Women (NOW). About the murder, Ms. Pappas stated that “[t]his was apparently a terroristic version of honor killing, a murder rooted in cultural notions about women’s subordination to men,” Williams wrote. Indeed.

It is unclear to me how many more murders, stonings, and other violent acts against women it will take for the media to continue to acknowledge the fundamental teachings inherent in Islam, which is far more than a religion. What is clear to me, however, is the rarity of such public acknowledgements, and the certainty of the condemnation and criticism that will follow. I can sadly assure you that the coming outrage over publishing that the motive for this murder was influenced by Islam will be equal to, if not more than the condemnation of the act itself. The outcry will be deafening.

Mark my words.
