Russia & Georgia - the true story

By Douglas J. Hagmann, Director

28 August 2008: Presently, the majority of people in the U.S., including many of our political leaders and especially the media misunderstand (or intentionally misrepresent) the nature and threat of evil posed by Russian leaders. They don’t get the blood-thirsty ambitions and evil intentions of Russian czar Vladimir Putin. This is especially true when it comes to the situation between Russia and Georgia.

If you are like me, you would like a clear, concise and accurate explanation. The following is excerpted from The Truth About Russia in Georgia written by Michael Totten. It’s worth the read:

Excerpted:Virtually everyone believes Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili foolishly provoked a Russian invasion on August 7, 2008, when he sent troops into the breakaway district of South Ossetia. “The warfare began Aug. 7 when Georgia launched a barrage targeting South Ossetia,” the Associated Press reported over the weekend in typical fashion.

Virtually everyone is wrong. Georgia didn’t start it on August 7, nor on any other date.

Berg v. Obama: “Federal lawsuit has legs”

25 August 2008: Although one might be tempted to drive off the nearest bridge if the radio spews more about Obama, it is necessary to get to the bottom of the allegations surrounding Obama’s eligibility to be president of the greatest country in the world. Anything short of that poses a risk to our security and sovereignty.

Listen live via the Internet beginning at 9:20 am ET

Douglas J. Hagmann, director of the Northeast Intelligence Network, will be a guest on The Tom Bauerle Show starting at 9:20 this morning to discuss the unanswered inconsistencies in “presumptuous” presidential candidate Obama’s background.

OBAMA: National Security Risk

By Douglas J. Hagmann, Director

Lawsuit filed in Eastern District of Pennsylvania23 August 2008: A lawsuit filed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania might be the catalyst that will compel democratic presidential candidate Barack Hussein OBAMA to produce legitimate birth records that would verify his citizenship and thus, his eligibility to be president.

As heard on The Roth Show last night, Pennsylvania attorney Phillip BERG filed for DECLARTORY AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF against OBAMA and the DNC. Whatever one might think of the petitioner (plaintiff) in this case, these are legitimate questions that must be answered.

Excerpt:

Plaintiff hereby incorporates Paragraphs 1 through 62 as if fully set forth herein.

Obama committed Fraud upon Plaintiff and the American Citizens by running for President claiming to be eligible knowing he was not eligible as a result of his failure to regain his United States Citizenship and by maintaining multi citizenships with Kenya and Indonesia.

Poisoning the Water Supply of Major Cities- What Was Missed

“Missed entirely, it was the placement of those two files that made the potential for a credible threat.”

Analysis from “Archangel,” one of the nation’s leading deep undercover researchers of Islamic terrorist activities*

20 August 2008 I watched with interest a recent analysis broadcast on Fox News of a specific “post” published on an Arabic language Internet forum suggesting the poisoning of water supplies by Islamic terrorists. The posting was made on August 9, 2008 and appeared instructional in nature. Supposedly, intelligence analysts are looking at this information, as reported by the media broadcast.

According to the analysis of the posting, the threat was ultimately deemed “not credible” based on several factors within the instructions.

Based on their limited information, one could easily and reasonably concur. Based on this limited analysis, the threat then, could be dismissed.

Pakistani defendant held in NY: “I was FRAMED”

HEAR EXCLUSIVE AUDIO OUTLINING TERRORIST’S DEFENSE

By Douglas J. Hagmann, Director

16 August 2008: A lawyer for a Pakistani woman charged with trying to kill U.S. military officers in a gunfight in Afghanistan accused the government on Wednesday of setting up her client by planting evidence on her.

The lawyer, Elizabeth Fink, also accused the government of trying to poison the court process by leaking information about her client, Aafia Siddiqui, who was brought to the United States a week ago to face federal charges. Complete article HERE.

EXCLUSIVE AUDIO OBTAINED BY THIS INVESTIGATOR

Fink said her client was a victim of dirty tricks by the U.S. government. We obtained exclusive audio of Fink’s client, counseled by current and former members of the Council on American and Islamic Relations, explaining the situation HERE.

Pointless Credentials- Flashing the US Ally Card

By Randy Taylor, Independent Analyst

16 August 2008: This week as Russia pounded the small country of Georgia, a US ally, one has to wonder what the benefits of being a US ally really are? In World War II it meant that if an enemy such as Nazi Germany decided to invade your borders, then kill your people and level your cities and towns you could count on a military response from the United States. We would come to your defense. We would unleash our might to defend you. Now it means we will send you Band-Aids and food. Big deal. You will get as much thought as someone sending a late birthday card to an uncle they never really liked. The Kuwaitis in the crosshairs of Iraq in the early 1990’s received much better response than Georgia did this week. But then we have vested interest in Kuwait whereas in Georgia all we had was a willingness to be an ally. The bases and missile defense shield weren’t built yet. That is one of the reasons nothing was done. Georgia is only a fraternity pledge at this point. This must have been “Hell Week”.

U.S. Appeals Court: Saudis Immune from 9/11 Lawsuit (A Royal Screwing)

Victims of 9/11 attack, families, receive “A Royal Screwing” from oil pimps, terror financiersBy Douglas J. Hagmann, Director

15 August 2008: Yesterday, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan upheld a 2006 ruling by U.S. District Judge Richard Casey that keeps Saudi Arabia and four of its princes immune from legal action by victims of the September 11 attacks. The defendants are accused of providing material support to al-Qaeda by financing the terror operations through Muslim charities. Also immune from prosecution is a Saudi banker and charity.

In its 67-page decision, the three judge panel found that the defendants were protected under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act. Under the Act, foreign governments are immune from prosecution unless it can be proved that they actively supported terrorist groups. Further, the court also stated that exceptions to the immunity rule do not apply because Saudi Arabia has not been designated a state sponsor of terrorism by the US state department.

Tonight on The Roth Show: Russia & the changing world stage

15 August 2008: This week’s headlines read like they are from an early 1960’s Rod Serling Twilight Zone script - the kind that frightened many people into believing that World War III - a war between the U.S. and the Soviet Union was imminent. Tensions between the Soviet Union and the West seemed to reach critical mass with the Cuban missile crisis, although Soviet-American relations continued to be quite chilly for the next three decades.
