Sheikh Mubarik Ali Gilani’s Bombing Disciples Deported from Canada

7 April 2006: After completing 12-year prison sentences for their 1994 conviction of conspiring to bomb a Hindu temple and East Indian movie theater in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, three men were deported from Canada on Wednesday. Barry Adams, Amir Mohammed Ahmed and Abdul Baqqer were arrested in 1991 while crossing the border from the United States into Canada. The men served their time in prisons in the Kingston, Ontario area. All three are members of Jammat ul-Fuqra, a Pakistani based terrorist organization founded by Sheikh Gilani and based in Pakistan.

Gilani heads a number of Islamic encampments based in the U.S., or “jamaats” and have been the subject of investigation by the Northeast Intelligence Network and Internet researcher CP. The Pakistani Sheikh came “unglued” over a recent investigative report and issued a rambling, delusional statement denying any ties to terrorism despite ample evidence to support those allegations.
